Deluxe Yacht transportation on a complimentary basis is available for hotel guests on arrival and departure days from 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. (subject to weather conditions). The yacht is a private 40-foot catamaran named Cocoon. Service is available all year round (subject to weather conditions). Surcharges apply from 10:31 p.m. to 5:59 a.m. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to guarantee this service. Yacht capacity 13 PAX. The meeting point is the dock at Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort.
Guests arriving at Zoëtry Villa Rolandi via their own yacht or boat may dock their vessel at Zoëtry Villa Rolandi’s private dock free of charge.
Late arrivals or early departures can be requested with anticipation. There are two alternatives to reach the hotel after our regular yacht operating hours:1. Zoëtry private yacht “Cocoon” (charter service)
2. Board the public ferry Ultramar**
**This is also the alternative in case Zoëtry Villa Rolandi’s yacht is not allowed to sail due to weather conditions or the closure of the port for small vessels.
